has implemented following Safety Measures for Events.
Safety Measures for Events
We provide without any extra charges our mobile turnstiles to our customers, those access gates are enabled with Infrared Thermal Imager Face Recognition Temperature Measurement System Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer For Entrance. They will take automatically Temperature of anybody entering into the event/venue, additional it will be compulsory to wear a facemask in order for the gates to be unlocked with your eticket.
All e-tickets sold online will collect following information for every ticket holder automatically:
- Personalised tickets (associated to each name)
- Name as in IC
- IC Number/Passport
- Contact Phone/Mobile
(Covid19 related questions might be asked under directive of the MOH)
This informations are necessary to make sure only the original ticket holder will be allowed to enter and it will provide the necessary informations in case of contact tracing.
Face Masks are compulsory to be worn before and during the event anybody is caught removing the mask shall be refused entrance or removed from venue/event without any refund/compensation.
All entries will have hand disinfection terminals which must be used before entering venue and gates
EVENT SOP DURING COVID-19 PERIOD
To allow a maximum of 10 pax to conduct studio recording, production and streaming activities for events with COVID 19 health protocols adhered.
To allow events for broadcast and/or recording purpose where sound and lights, stage suppliers, production crews can work in a controlled and approved environment by the council.
All event seats will have to be arranged with space of 1 Meter from one another.
All industry players are strongly urged to be tested and cleared by health authorities.
