- Single entry ticket admits ONE person only. Table package entry admits the number of pax stated.
- All ticket holders must follow the current standard operating procedures (SOP) set by the Malaysian government.
- If the event is postponed, the ticket will be carried forward to the new date. However, if the event, the organiser will fully refund the payment.
- Admission is only for those aged 21 years and above.
- Every entry is required to purchase a valid ticket or table packages to enter any event held by the organiser.
- No outside food and beverage are allowed in the venue.
- Strictly no professional photography, video or audio recording of any kind is permitted during the entire length of the event.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the date, time, event layout, location and audience capacity without any prior notice to comply with the standard operating procedure (SOP) set by the authorities.
- Dangerous material, explosives, weapons and/or sharp objects are not allowed in the venue. If any person(s) are found with any of these prohibited items, the organiser reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder entry to the event.
- All ticket holders may be subjected to body checks at any entry points before entering the venue. Refusal to comply might result in refusal of entry to the event.
- The management and staff reserve the right to refuse entry and/or expel any individual from the venue/premise that is caught in breach of the terms & conditions mentioned above.
- All general entry tickets does not come with table guarantee, only free standing.
