TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All tickets must be purchased through MyTicketAsia. No other channels are authorised.
2. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated under “Cancellations and Refunds”.
3. E-ticket or printed ticket must be presented at entry. Admission will be denied without valid proof of purchase.
4. Upon check-in, guests will receive a wristband based on their selected package:

• Alcohol Package: Guests 21 years and above will receive a distinct coloured wristband to indicate entitlement to alcoholic beverages.
• Non-Alcohol Package: Guests will receive a different coloured wristband indicating non-alcoholic access.

5. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event and are non-transferable.
6. Bar staff reserve the right to deny service to anyone without a valid alcohol wristband or to any guest showing signs of intoxication, regardless of wristband type.
7. Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced.
8. By entering the event premises, attendees consent to photography, audio, and video recording, which may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Marriott International and affiliated brands.
9. Marriott Bonvoy and the event organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
10. Attendees are expected to behave responsibly, particularly in relation to alcohol consumption.
11. Safety protocols must be followed at all times. Any injury or incident should be reported to event staff immediately.

Ticket Validity and Entry:

1. Tickets must be purchased directly through our authorized points of sale. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers or third parties may be invalid. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.
2. Entry Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse entry if:
3. The QR code is invalid or has already been scanned.
4. The ticket is reported lost or stolen.
5. The ticket was not purchased through an authorized point of sale.
6. There is suspicion of ticket fraud or misuse.
7. Does not follow the dress code policy.
8. Purchasing tickets from third parties (e.g., scalpers, online auctions) is at your own risk. Such tickets may be counterfeit or invalid, and you may be denied entry without refund.
9. Behaviour: You must act in an orderly manner while attending the event. We may refuse entry or evict you if you behave in a disorderly, offensive, or inappropriate manner, or if you breach these entry conditions.
10. Liability: We will not be responsible for any loss or weather-related damage to property (including personal items such as bags, money, or other belongings) brought to the event. You are liable for any loss or damage you cause at the event premises.

Cancellations, Postponement & Refund Policy

1. In the event of postponement or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, government restrictions), attendees will be notified via email or MyTicketAsia.
2. No Cancellations or Refunds. All sales are final. We have a strict no refunds policy. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or late arrivals.

Limitation of Liability

1. By attending the event, ticket holders acknowledge and accept all risks associated with attending a live dining event, including food-related and physical activities.
2. Marriott International, its affiliates, sponsors, and venue partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising during or as a result of the event.
