Yayasan Falsafah Dan Institusi Saiva proudly presents ThiruLayaa 2026, a special fund- raising musical concert to be held on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, at the Temple of Fine Arts, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur. The event is organised in support of Yayasan’s upcoming Saiva college and temple project, aimed at promoting best practices of Hinduism and developing qualified teachers in Hindu and Saiva philosophies.
ThiruLayaa 2026 will feature a special musical performance by Mr. Gold Devaraj, the acclaimed musician and singer from Tamil Nadu, India, widely recognised for his devotional hit “Odi Odi”. His music, deeply rooted in spiritual expression and contemporary devotional sensibilities, has resonated with audiences across generations, making him a fitting ambassador for this meaningful initiative.
The future Saiva college and temple complex will be developed in Kerling, Hulu Selangor, serving as a permanent centre for Saiva learning, spiritual practice, and teacher formation. Ground clearance works at the Kerling site have been completed, and construction of the buildings is scheduled to commence in the near future, marking a significant milestone in Yayasan’s long-term institutional development plan.
This fund-raising concert forms part of Yayasan’s broader mission to strengthen Hindu religious education and institutional capacity. The college and temple are envisioned as centres of excellence that will preserve Saiva philosophy while engaging constructively with modern educational frameworks, ensuring the continuity of authentic Hindu and Saiva teachings for future generations.
Tickets for ThiruLayaa 2026 are available in three categories. VVIP tickets priced at RM1,000 include an exclusive photo opportunity and meet-and-greet session with Mr. Gold Devaraj. VIP tickets are priced at RM500, while general admission tickets are available at RM200. Tickets may be purchased via myticket.asia.
Members of the public, devotees, patrons of the arts, and supporters of Hindu education are warmly encouraged to attend ThiruLayaa 2026 and contribute towards the realisation of Yayasan’s vision for Saiva education and spiritual development.
