– Only a maximum of 8 tickets is allowed per transaction.

-Age restriction: seating zone 7 years old and above, standing zone 16 years old and above

– All tickets are subject to Ticketing Fee per ticket. Optional Physical Ticket is available at Printing Fee per ticket.

– All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.

– Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

– All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once your booking is confirmed.

– Once a Block/Zone is selected for purchase, seats are auto-selected based on the best availability at the time of purchase.

– All seats are numbered, kindly check the seats assigned to you before proceeding with payment.

– Kindly refer to the final seat allocation (if any) via email.

– Seat Map/Venue Layout displayed on our website and mobile application is not drawn to scale and is used for Ticket location purposes only. The published layout is subject to change without prior notice.

– Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.

– Lost, broken, or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.

– By purchasing tickets through myticket.asia, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.

– Kindly present the printed ticket or online e-ticket QR code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day.

– The Event Organizer may postpone, cancel, and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and prevailing government guidelines.

– The Event Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories), and audience capacity without compensation to the ticket holder.

– If the Event is being canceled, rescheduled, or moved, we will make every effort to notify all ticket buyers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration before the date of the event. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been canceled, rescheduled, or altered and the date and time of any rescheduled event. Neither myticket.asia nor the Event Organizer will be liable for any other losses incurred by the ticket buyer including travel and accommodation or other expenses.
