By purchasing event tickets through MYTICKET.ASIA, you (the Purchaser) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale outlined here and any additional provisions that may be specified from time to time.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and exclude a RM4 per ticket fee and a 4% transaction fee.
- Admission: Please note that all attendees aged 3 years and above are required to have a valid ticket for admission into the arena.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Tickets sold are not refundable. NO CANCELLATION, REFUND, or ticket EXCHANGE is allowed once a ticket is sold.
- Lost or Damaged Tickets: Lost or damaged tickets will not be entertained.
- Recording and Photography: Strictly no video recording or photo taking during the event.
- Prohibited Items: The use of video cameras, digital or film cameras (compact or SLR), and tablet devices (such as iPads) is not permitted in the venue.
- Complimentary Tickets: Complimentary tickets may not be resold or offered for sale. MYTICKET.ASIA or the promoter reserves the right to confiscate any such tickets.
- Outside Food and Drinks: Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the event venue.
