By purchasing event tickets with Milestone Production Sdn Bhd, you (the Purchaser) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:
- Prices: All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia with a ticket fee of RM4.00 per ticket. Additionally, customers will be charged a government tax of 8% for all tickets purchased.
- Ticket Delivery Method: Tickets will be delivered via e-tickets ONLY.
- Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date(s) and time(s) specified.
- Entry Restrictions: All ages require a ticket for admission. Entry may be subject to restrictions such as age or dress code.
- NO CANCELLATION, REFUND, or ticket EXCHANGE: Once sold, tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
- Lost or Damaged Tickets: Lost or damaged tickets will not be entertained.
- Event Changes or Cancellations: In case of changes to the event schedule or cancellation, refunds may be issued at the organizer’s discretion.
- Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for events beyond their control, including natural disasters or strikes.
- Privacy Policy: Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used and protected as per the organizer’s privacy policy.
- Intellectual Property: The organizer retains all rights to intellectual property created or captured during the event.
- Liability Waiver: Attendees agree to waive any claims against the organizer for injury, loss, or damage suffered during the event.
- Seating Allocation: Seating may be allocated or on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Accessibility: Information on accessibility accommodations available at the event venue can be provided upon request.
- Strictly Prohibited Items: No video recording and photo taking are permitted at the event. Video cameras, digital or film cameras (compact or SLR), and tab devices such as iPads, tablets, etc., are strictly prohibited at the venue.
- Complimentary Tickets: Complimentary tickets shall not be resold or offered for sale. Milestone Production Sdn Bhd reserves the right to confiscate such tickets.
- Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the event venue.
- Rights Reserved: Milestone Production Sdn Bhd reserves the right to take action against any person who breaches any of the above terms and conditions.
