Terms & Conditions
1. Table Bookings Check-In: Must check in at least 15 minutes prior to 6:00 PM. We reserve the rights to hold tables until 6:30 PM; after that, they may be resold without a refund.
2. Age Restriction: Event is strictly for those 21 years and above; Kids ticket will limit from 6 years to 12 years old
3. Prohibited Items: No outside beverage and food or illicit drugs are allowed into the premises
4. The following items are prohibited:
a. Fireworks, Firearms and weapons of any kind
b. Professional cameras
c. Any item prohibited by law
5. Search on Entry: You agree to a search of your person or possessions upon entry
6. Consent to Photography and Recording: By attending, you consent to being included in any form of filming, being filmed and/or sound recordings of the event or its surroundings, which may be used by us for promotional purposes.
7. Wristbands: Upon arrival at the gate, present your tickets or table booking confirmation to receive your wristbands. This can only be done per ticket or booking.
8. Wristbands must be worn for the entire duration of the event and are non-transferable.
9. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. New wristbands must be purchased at the door at the standard ticket price per person.
10. Dress code Policy: Smart Casual – no slippers, no hotel robes or bedroom slippers. Men are not allowed to wear shorts.
Ticket Validity and Entry:
1. Tickets must be purchased directly through our authorized points of sale. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers or third parties may be invalid. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.
2. Entry Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse entry if:
a. The QR code is invalid or has already been scanned.
b. The ticket is reported lost or stolen.
c. The ticket was not purchased through an authorized point of sale.
d. There is suspicion of ticket fraud or misuse.
e. Does not follow the dress code policy.
3. Purchasing tickets from third parties (e.g., scalpers, online auctions) is at your own risk. Such tickets may be counterfeit or invalid, and you may be denied entry without refund.
4. Behaviour: You must act in an orderly manner while attending the event. We may refuse entry or evict you if you behave in a disorderly, offensive, or inappropriate manner, or if you breach these entry conditions.
5. Liability: We will not be responsible for any loss or weather-related damage to property (including personal items such as bags, money, or other belongings) brought to the event. You are liable for any loss or damage you cause at the event premises.
Table Terms & Conditions
1. Prices: Package Inclusions: Prices include beverage packages for each table booking, including wristbands for entry into the venue.
2. Payment: Full payment of the package for the table is required prior to seating.
3. Additional Charges: Any additional charges above the package amount will be settled at the time of each order.
4. Table Assignment: Tables are assigned at our discretion and are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Check-In: Check-In Deadline: All reserved tables must check in before 6:00 PM (we advise to be at the entry point 15 minutes prior to your reservations). We reserve the right to hold the table until 6:30 PM; after that, it may be resold without refund.
6. Wristband Collection: If not all members of your group have arrived, wristbands for the entire group will be provided to the person checking in, and the person will be responsible for collecting them at the entry point and distributing them.
7. Lost Wristbands: Will not be replaced. New wristbands must be purchased at the door at the standard ticket price per person. General admission wristbands are not permitted in VIP zones.
Package Inclusions:
1. Included Wristbands: Table bookings include wristbands for a limited number of persons per table. Please carefully check the number of wristbands included in your booking.
2. Extra Wristbands: Additional table wristbands can be purchased at the door ticket or stated price, up to a maximum of three (3) extra wristbands per table.
3. Cancellation Policy: No Cancellations or Refunds. All sales are final. We have a strict no refunds policy. Resold Tables: Tables not checked in by 6:30 PM will subsequently be resold and will not be refunded.
4. Event Cancellation: In case of natural events beyond the control of the venue preventing the event from taking place, tickets and table packages will then only subjected to refunds.
