By purchasing event tickets with AK FILMS PRODUCTION, you (the Purchaser) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Prices: All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia with a ticket fee of RM3.00 per ticket and a processing fee of 3.8% per transaction.
  2. Ticket Delivery Method: Tickets will be delivered via e-tickets ONLY.
  3. Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date(s) and time(s) specified.
  4. NO CANCELLATION, REFUND, or ticket EXCHANGE: Once sold, tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
  5. Lost or Damaged Tickets: Lost or damaged tickets will not be entertained.
  6. Event Changes or Cancellations: In case of changes to the event schedule or cancellation, refunds may be issued as per the organizer’s discretion.
  7. Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for events beyond their control, including natural disasters or strikes.
  8. Privacy Policy: Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used and protected as per the organizer’s privacy policy.
  9. Intellectual Property: The organizer retains all rights to intellectual property created or captured during the event.
  10. Liability Waiver: Attendees agree to waive any claims against the organizer for injury, loss, or damage suffered during the event.
  11. Seating Allocation: Seating may be allocated or on a first-come-first-served basis.
  12. Wristband Collection for Standing Zone: Customers for the standing zone may be required to collect wristbands. The wristband collection details will be announced at a later date and time.
  13. Strictly Prohibited Items: No Video Recording & Photo Taking is permitted at the event. Video Cameras, Digital or Film Cameras (Compact or SLR), and Tab Devices such as IPAD, Tablet, etc., are strictly prohibited at the venue.
  14. Complimentary Tickets: Complimentary tickets shall not be resold or offered for sale. AK FILMS PRODUCTION reserves the right to confiscate such tickets.
  15. Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the event venue.
