Maifest Singapore is Singapore’s first mega Maifest celebration, which is to be held at The Padang. This inaugural event is jointly organized by Singapore Recreation Club, in collaboration with Wave House Sentosa and Jbozz Consultants Pte Ltd, and is set to take place from 30 May 2013 to 2 June 2013. This Maifest or May Festival, is a colourful German traditional festival that celebrates the coming of spring. For this event, we will fly in a traditional German band to hype up the feeling. On top of infusing the German atmospheric venue with authentic German food fare and beer; we will also bring in the colourful Maibaum (Maypole), which is a symbol of the reawakening of fruitfulness. Come join us for a time of festivity, where there is an abundance of great food with plenty of wine and beer available. For those with kids, fret not! We have a kids-friendly event on Sunday as well, where families can come together to enjoy a time of bonding. See you there!
