Acclaimed blind Japanese pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii has charted an extraordinary life on the piano, and this time, he makes his DFP debut alongside stellar musicians of the MPO in an exceptional concert that will uplift the audience with his unmistakable talent and resilience. Witness Tsujii’s passionate stunning virtuosity as he performs Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No.3, known as one of the hardest concertos to play on the instrument. The concert continues with Tchaikovsky’s Sleeping Beauty: Waltz while Prokofiev’s Symphony No. 7 concludes an electrifying evening. Phenomenal and inspiring, the concert will be led by conductor Eduardo Strausser.
