1. Each ticket admits ONE person only.
2. All ticket holders must be FULLY vaccinated with 2 doses.
3. All ticket holders must be tested negative for Covid-19 48 hours before attending the concert.
4. All ticket holders must follow the current standard operating procedures (SOP) set by the Malaysian government.
5. If the event or concert is postponed, the ticket will be carried forward to the new date. However, if the event or concert is cancelled, the organiser will fully refund the payment.
6. Wearing a face mask is required at all times and Social distancing must be maintained at all times when attending the concert.
7. Children aged 7 and above must have a ticket for admission. No admission for children aged below 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult aged 21 years old and above.
8. Every entry is required to purchase a valid ticket to enter any event or concert held by the organiser.
9. No outside food and beverage are allowed in the venue.
10. Strictly no photography, video or audio recording of any kind is permitted during the entire length of the event or concert.
11. Professional cameras and video cameras are not allowed in the venue.
12. The organiser reserves the right to change the date, time, event layout, location and audience capacity without any prior notice to comply with the standard operating procedure (SOP) set by the authorities.
13. Dangerous material, explosives, weapons and/or sharp objects are not allowed in the venue. If any person(s) are found with any of these prohibited items, the organiser reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder entry to the event or concert.
14. All ticket holders may be subjected to body checks at any entry points before entering the venue. Refusal to comply might result in refusal of entry to the event or concert.
15. The management and staff reserve the right to refuse entry and/or expel any individual from the venue/premise that is caught in breach of the terms & conditions mentioned above.
