Admission Policy

Children aged 12 years and above must possess a valid ticket for admission.
No admission will be granted to children below 12 years old.

Patrons aged between 12 and 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Adult ticket holders are responsible for complying with any entry conditions or minimum age requirements imposed.

Terms & Conditions

General

All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
No re-entry is permitted.

This event features numbered seating. Seats are auto-assigned, and while the system will attempt to allocate seats together, this is not guaranteed. Please review your selection carefully before proceeding. Once payment is completed, no changes or cancellations will be allowed.

Third parties are not permitted to enter the event hall without a valid ticket.

To ensure smooth event operations, the Organiser reserves the right to deny entry to patrons who arrive more than ninety (90) minutes after the event has commenced.

Ticket Pricing & Purchase Policy

Ticket prices are those set at the time the order is confirmed and are exclusive of handling fees, ticketing fees, and any other applicable charges.

For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) valid ID may be used to purchase up to twenty (20) tickets per transaction.

The purchaser is solely responsible for all tickets purchased under their account and must ensure tickets are not shared with unauthorized third parties. For purchases made on behalf of friends or family members, the purchaser must ensure tickets are provided to the correct recipient.

Tickets are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold. Any ticket found to be resold will be rendered invalid without refund.

Identity Verification & Registration

In the event of any changes to the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be presented to myticket.asia customer service representatives or authorized personnel for verification.

myticket.asia and/or the Organiser reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the purchaser’s identity. If the documents provided are insufficient, myticket.asia/Organiser reserves the absolute right to refuse entry to the event hall.

For registration and entry, purchasers must present:

The e-confirmation email with QR code, and

The original Identity Card used during the ticket purchase.

Failure to provide sufficient verification may result in refusal of entry without refund.

QR Code & Entry

A valid QR code ticket must be presented for admission. Any removal, alteration, defacement, or duplication of the QR code may render the ticket invalid.

Tickets are valid for single entry only. Once scanned and validated at the event entrance, the ticket is considered used and cannot be reused, revalidated, or transferred, regardless of proof of purchase.

Purchase from Unauthorized Sources

Tickets must only be purchased through the official website:

Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be invalid or counterfeit, and the purchaser may be denied entry.

If false or incorrect information is provided during purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the event.

myticket.asia and/or the Organiser reserve the right, without refund, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct violates event rules, regulations, or venue policies.

Loss or Damage

myticket.asia will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.

Data Protection & Privacy

Information collected during registration with myticket.asia is used to facilitate ticketing and related services in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Notice.

By registering and purchasing tickets, the purchaser consents to myticket.asia and/or the Organiser processing their personal data and permitting sponsors, partners, and authorized parties to contact them for future events, promotions, and marketing communications.

Weather Policy

For indoor events, the event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

For outdoor events, the event will proceed in the event of rain. Raincoats may be available for purchase at the venue.

Postponement, Cancellation & Changes

myticket.asia does not allow ticket exchanges or cancellations unless otherwise stated herein.

In the event of postponement, tickets purchased for the original date may remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise notified.

The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If any performer is unable to attend due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, no refunds shall be provided.

The Organiser reserves the right to:

Withdraw, replace, add, or substitute performers;

Modify event programmes, times, seating arrangements, or audience capacity without prior notice.

Conduct & Security

During the event (including entry), ticket holders may be subject to security checks. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

Weapons

Dangerous or illegal substances

Recording devices

No photography, audio recording, or video recording is permitted during the event unless otherwise authorized.

The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry to attendees who fail to comply with dress code or event requirements.

Assumption of Risk

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, damage, liability, or death.

Intellectual Property

Ownership or possession of a ticket does not grant any rights to use, reproduce, copy, or distribute any trademarks, logos, symbols, or intellectual property associated with the event.

Amendments

myticket.asia and/or the Organiser reserve the right to amend, modify, supplement, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

All other ticketing, venue, and event entry terms & conditions shall apply.
