MyMember is a membership platform offering exclusive discounts, special offers, and experiences across various categories like concerts, exhibitions, motorshows, festivals, DJ shows, spas, food, staycations, amusement parks, shopping, self-care and many more. We partner with top merchants to give you the best deals! Members can choose from Standard (free), Platinum (RM 149/year), or Diamond (RM 249/year) memberships, each offering different levels of benefits and discounts.

You can sign up for MyMember on www.myticket.asia website at our very own MyMember page . Simply select your preferred membership plan (Standard, Platinum, or Diamond), fill in the required information, and complete the payment process for Platinum and Diamond memberships. Your digital MyMember card will be mailed to you shortly after.
Once you’ve signed up as our member, customers can log in and proceed with their desired discounted purchases. You will too receive your digital MyMember card (for Platinum and Diamond members) which you can simply present at participating merchants to enjoy discounts or be used to enter specific events purchased by scanning with our special QR code. For Standard members, you’ll be able to access limited offers via the www.myticket.asia website at our MyMember page.
All memberships (Platinum & Diamond) are valid for one year from the date of purchase. You will receive a notification when it’s time to renew your membership.
No, memberships are strictly personal and non-transferable, However you can sign up your family members or friends for their own MyMember accounts so they can enjoy the benefits too. MyMember gifts all platinum & diamond members a ‘Refer a friend’ Voucher which can be shared with loved ones.

Access and purchase them based on your individual membership categories by logging into the member log in https://myticketmember.sales.ticketsearch.com/login. The list is constantly updated as we bring new merchants on board, so be sure to check back regularly for the latest offers. Emails will be sent by our MyMember on the 1st of every month with latest updates on our promotions.
Refunds are not typically provided for membership fees once you have purchased for your chosen category. However if you have any concerns, please contact our dedicated Whatsapp hotline +60 11 37471293.
The MyMember flash cards give extra discounts offered by the merchants when available.
Concert ticket staycation packages are subjective to organisers and accommodations and will be announced by availability (event based) on our MyMember page at www.myticket.asia .
“Refer a Friend” voucher in MyMember is a special reward given to our Platinum & Diamond members for referring new people to join the membership program, whether family or friends.

Yes, upgrades are allowed, but downgrades are not, as we do not provide refunds after purchase. If members wish to downgrade, they can switch to a different membership category when their annual membership expires. Standard members can easily upgrade to a paid membership (Platinum or Diamond) online. However, Platinum members who wish to upgrade should contact our WhatsApp hotline at +60 11 37471293.
