By purchasing event tickets with CITY PRODUCTION, you (the Purchaser) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Prices: All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia with a ticket fee of RM5.00 per ticket and a processing fee of 4% per transaction.
  2. Ticket Delivery Method: Tickets will be delivered via e-tickets ONLY.
  3. Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date(s) and time(s) specified.
  4. Entry Restrictions: All ages require a ticket for admission. Entry may be subject to restrictions such as age or dress code. Children aged 12 and below are not allowed.
  5. NO CANCELLATION, REFUND, or ticket EXCHANGE: Once sold, tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
  6. Lost or Damaged Tickets: Lost or damaged tickets will not be entertained.
  7. Event Changes or Cancellations: In case of changes to the event schedule or cancellation, refunds may be issued as per the organizer’s discretion.
  8. Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for events beyond their control, including natural disasters or strikes.
  9. Privacy Policy: Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used and protected as per the organizer’s privacy policy.
  10. Intellectual Property: The organizer retains all rights to intellectual property created or captured during the event.
  11. Liability Waiver: Attendees agree to waive any claims against the organizer for injury, loss, or damage suffered during the event.
  12. Seating Allocation: Seating may be allocated or on a first-come-first-served basis.
  13. Accessibility: Information on accessibility accommodations available at the venue can be provided upon request.
  14. The organizer reserves the right to remove any ticket holders who have been found to exhibit poor misconduct or behavior at the event, with no refund.
