Ed Sheeran is performing his Malaysian debut concert on 16th March 2015 at KL Convention Centre’s Hall 5. The acoustic pop star will be performing solo, with only an acoustic guitar, loop pedal and his own set of pipes. The 23-year old English singer-songwriter will transform what would normally be an intimate gig setup into a concert hall performance to rival any stadium act.

His debut studio album + (yes, that the name of the album), released on 9th September 2011 marked Ed Sheeran’s commercial breakthrough, having previously released five Eps independently. + debuted on the UK Albums Chart with first-week sales exceeding 102,000 copies. On the US Billboard 200, it peaked at number 5 selling 42,000 copies.

X (see a pattern here?), is Ed Sheeran’s second studio album, released worldwide on 23rd June 2014. The first week on sale, x charted at number one in twelve countries and reached top 5 in eleven other countries.
