By purchasing event tickets with SUGMA SHOWCASE, you (the Purchaser) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:
- Prices: All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia with a processing fee of 5% per transaction.
- Ticket Delivery Method: Tickets will be delivered via e-tickets ONLY.
- Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date(s) and time(s) specified.
- Age Limit: This concert is for 16 years and above only.
- NO CANCELLATION, REFUND, or ticket EXCHANGE: Once sold, tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
- Lost or Damaged Tickets: Lost or damaged tickets will not be entertained.
- Event Changes or Cancellations: In case of changes to the event schedule or cancellation, refunds may be issued as per the organizer’s discretion.
- Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for events beyond their control, including natural disasters or strikes.
- Privacy Policy: Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used and protected as per the organizer’s privacy policy.
- Intellectual Property: The organizer retains all rights to intellectual property created or captured during the event.
- Liability Waiver: Attendees agree to waive any claims against the organizer for injury, loss, or damage suffered during the event.
- Seating Allocation: Seating may be allocated or on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Wristband Collection: Customers may be required to collect wristbands. The wristband collection details will be announced at a later date and time.
- Strictly Prohibited Items: No Video Recording & Photo Taking is permitted at the event. Video Cameras, Digital or Film Cameras (Compact or SLR), and Tab Devices such as IPAD, Tablet, etc., are strictly prohibited at the venue.
- Complimentary Tickets: Complimentary tickets shall not be resold or offered for sale. SUGMA SHOWCASE reserves the right to confiscate such tickets.
- Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the event venue.
