  1. Each ticket admits ONE person only. Please present either a physical copy (printed) or in digital form (on your phone) at the ticketing counter to enter the concert venue.
  2. All ticket holders must be FULLY vaccinated with a minimum of 2 doses.
  3. All ticket holders must follow the current standard operating procedures (SOP) set by the Malaysian government.
  4. If the event or concert is postponed, the ticket will be carried forward to the new date. However, if the event or concert is cancelled, the organiser will fully refund the payment.
  5. Wearing a face mask is required and social distancing must be maintained at all times when attending the concert.
  6. Children below the age of 6 are not allowed to attend the event. For those aged 7-18, a valid ticket is required and must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years and above.
  7. A valid ticket is required to enter any event or concert held by the organiser.
  8. No outside food and beverages are allowed in the venue.
  9. Strictly no professional photography, video or audio recording of any kind is permitted during the entire length of the event or concert.
  10. Professional cameras and video cameras are not allowed in the venue.
  11. The organiser reserves the right to change the date, time, event layout, location and audience capacity without any prior notice.
  12. Dangerous materials, explosives, weapons and/or sharp objects are not allowed in the venue. If any person(s) are found with any of these prohibited items, the organiser reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder entry to the event or concert.
  13. All ticket holders may be subjected to security and body checks at any entry points before entering the venue. Refusal to comply might result in refusal of entry to the event or concert.
  14. One ID can only be used to purchase up to six (6) tickets per transaction. If you are purchasing the tickets on behalf of someone else, please ensure the tickets are valid, given to the right person and not shared with any other third party. As the primary ticket purchaser, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.
  15. Each ticket comes with a valid QR code which can only be used once. Removing/tempering/altering any part of the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
  16. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold.
  17. The organiser is not responsible for any purchased ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
  18. The management and staff reserve the right to refuse entry and/or expel any individual from the venue/premise that is caught in breach of the terms & conditions mentioned above.
